- At FARO Artist Development we are always looking for promising new talent but in
the same breath we have to keep our talent roster relatively smaller so that we can
work in the most personal manner with our artists in an effort to achieve their goals.
Submit your music one of two ways:

- What does Faro do for its artists?
- We're not your rich uncle but we've worked in the field building
our experiences and contacts for years now and though we may not be financing
an artists operation, we're making it cheaper to operate and helping our
artists to rise above the masses of unsigned, talented souls out there. Think
of us less as Management and rather more as a Consulting firm with a hands on
approach.

- That's exactly why we've shied away from the aspects of management.
We don't want 20% of the $100 in merch you sold last night. We get ours when
you get yours and if you don't get us ours, we're gonna give you yours…

In all seriousness, that's between our artists and us. If we're
working with you, you'll know.
